ContainAccom offers a versatile solution and provides a highly mobile option for your accommodation, office or storage needs.

This rugged solution can be supplied fully assembled and fitted out or in self assemble 'flat-pack' form for on site assembly by your team. 

The basic room may be delivered in flat-pack kit form and can be assembled on-site in less than a day and requires a minimum of skills.

The rooms are constructed utilising a steel skeleton that has been developed similar to the structural frame of a shipping container, enabling the rooms to be transported by conventional trucks without wide load restrictions and ContainAccom units can be lifted by mid sized forklifts.

Side loader semi trailers can also be used to load, transport and unload. Even a standard tilt tray truck can be employed in the distribution of these units. As the framework is very rigid the units are robust enough to transport over most roads without sustaining damage. 

For storage, and some installation uses, these versatile units can be easily multi stacked and locked together using standard container locking systems. 

The walls are insulated with 75 mm foam and the colour bonded metal skin, inside and out can be ordered in a variety of colours to suit all applications. 

Although the standard roof is fully insulated and waterproof a roof kit can be supplied to add a new look and dimension to your project. The optional roof and veranda kits are available in galvanised or colours to match the building. These can be fixed at the factory or supplied in kit form to be added on site. 

Doors and windows can be installed to suit your application. 

Although generally supplied as a completely assembled building they can be delivered as a complete 'flat-pack' kit, ready for assembly on site. The 'flat-pack' kits can serve a variety of end uses, from individual clients constructing one unit for perhaps a rural accommodation solution, to a semi mobile camp for armed forces, peace keepers or disaster relief efforts. Mining and road camp installations within Australia may be better served with the fully assembled versions. 

These buildings can contain a variety of fit-out alternatives. 

As worker's quarters containing only sleeping bunks to a full worker's room with full bathroom, small kitchenette, relaxing and sleeping areas. 

Office accommodation, either permanent or temporary. 

Ablution blocks of varied configurations. 

Room configurations from the standard 6050 x 2420 x 2590 to double, triple and more are available, both for single or in multi-story applications. 

Internal features such as air-conditioners, televisions, fridges, data cabling, furniture and lighting are varied to suit your requirements. 

Single and double bed options available.

Bathroom and kitchen layouts can be tailored to your requirements. Bathrooms come completely fitted out. 

All internal furnishings can be supplied, or you can arrange for these items yourself.

Fully fitted out worker's quarters are available direct from our factory with a variety of options available. When your requirements call for a larger space with more room and features, then one of our multiple unit combinations may be better suited.
